1 small tub Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 pkg Jumbo Shells
1 pkg Ground Sausage
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Mix in bowl with beaters:
Room temperature ricotta, Egg, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper. Pour filling into zip lock bag and let set.

Cook pasta shells according to box directions. Strain and rinse in cold water. Cook ground sausage and season with Italian seasings, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spray pan with cooking spray. Fill shells with filling.

Mix spaghetti sauce and sausage together. Pour some of the spaghetti mixture in bottom of pan, even to cover the pan. Add filled shells to pan. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce mixture over tip of shells, until well covered. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Cover pan with foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until filling is melted.
