1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 cup club soda
1 cup oil
½ cup nuts (pecans)

Frosting:
1 ½ cup cold milk
1 envelope dream whip
1 pkg. Pistachio pudding
Directions:

Cake:
Blend all ingredients in bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in greased, floured pan at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:
Blend 1 ½ cups cold milk, 1 envelope dream whip and 1 pkg. Pistachio pudding. Whip till thick about 5 minutes.
