1 C low fat cottage cheese
2 T orange marmalade
1 green onion in 1 inch pieces
3/4 tsp curry
1/2 tsp sal
1/4 t liquid red pepper seasoning
1/2 C toasted walnuts, chopped
1/2 C nonfat sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sour cream. Puree. Add sour cream, refrigerate and serve.
