8 oz softened cream cheese
4 oz farmers cheese or cottage cheese squeezed a little dry
2 large cloves of garlic, mashed
1/2 C finely minced fresh parsley ( or 1 1/2 T dried)
1/2 C finely minced chives (fresh)

Blend ingredients and season with a little salt and a lot of pepper. Beat well.
