SALT & PEPPER
1 CUP CORNSTARCH
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1/4 CUP CANOLA OIL

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:
3/4 CUP SUGAR
4 TBPS. KETCHUP
1/2 CUP WHITE VINEGAR
1 TBSP. SOY SAUCE
1 TSP. GARLIC SALT

1. PREHEAT OVEN AT 325*
2. RINSE CHICKEN & CUT INTO CUBES
3. SEASON W/ SALT & PEPPER
4. DIP CHICKEN INTO CORNSTARCH TO COAT THEN DIP INTO EGGS.
5. HEAT 1/4 CUP OIL IN LARGE PAN & COOK CHICKEN TIL BROWNED, BUT NOT COOKED THROUGH.
6. PLACE THE CHICKEN IN A 9X13 SPRAYED DISH.
7. MIX SWEET & SOUR INGRED. IN A BOWL W/ A WHISK & POUR OVER CHICKEN
8. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR.
9. DURING BAKING, TURN CHICKEN EVERY 15 MINS.

3/4 CUP SWEET ORANGE MARMALADE
3/4 CUP BABY RAYS ORG.
2 TBSP. SOY SAUCE

DIRECTIONS :
1. COOK CHICKEN 3 HOURS ON HIGH OR 6 HOURS ON LOW
2. DRAIN JUICES
3. LEAVE CHICKEN BREAST WHOLE OR CHOP
4. MIX OTHER 3 INGRED.
5. POUR OVER CHICKEN
6. COOK 30 MORE MINS.
7. SERVE W/ RICE
8. ENJOY
