Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 16 oz. packages Spicy pork breakfast sausage
2 cups Bisquick or fine ground Almond flour
2 cups shredded cheese, sharp or Mexican blend
½ cup fine chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Squish (mix) all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. It works best using your hands, I use gloves, because it's extremely messy, but it gets everything more evenly mixed. Form 1" inch balls and placed on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.
There is no liquid, the fat from the sausage and cheese bind everything together. You can pre-make these and freeze them, thaw for about 15 minutes and bake about 20-25 minutes.
