3 C. flour
2 eggs, beaten
¾ C. milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 C. sugar
4 tsp baking powder
½ C coarsely chopped nuts
½ C grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder
Beat eggs and sugar together
Alternately stir milk and flour mixture into the eggs and sugar mixture.
Add melted butter, nuts, and orange peel and mix everything together.
Pour into a loaf pan and let stand for 15 minutes while oven heats.

Bake at 350º until done (no time given here)
