¾ cup Flour
⅔ cup Sugar
½ cup Cocoa
1½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Milk
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
⅔ cup Brown Sugar, packed
¼ cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla
1¼ cup Hot Water
Directions:
Directions:
In 8x8 pan stir flour, sugar, ¼ cup cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Ad milk and oil. Mix well. Sprinkle brown sugar, remaining cocoa, and chocolate chips over mixture. Add the vanilla to the hot water, then you over the top.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until surface appears dry.
