Hot German Potato Salad Recipe

4 medium potatoes
6-8 slices bacon
¼ C chopped onion
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
⅓ C vinegar
¼ C water
1 Tbsp parsley
½ tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, cut into thick slices, place in serving dish
Fry bacon - not too crisp. Remove and let drain
Add onion to pan and cook 1 minute until tender
Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add vinegar and water. Cook and stir until thick.
Crumble bacon and add to mixture.
Pour mixture over sliced potatoes. and mix until thoroughly coated.
Sprinkle with parsley and celery seed.

Serve warm.
