2 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
½ C unflavored yoghurt
3 Tbsp minced onions
1 ½ C shredded cheddar cheese
3 pkg chopped broccoli (10 oz each)
¼ lb.sliced mushrooms
¼ C dry sherry
¼ tsp each salt and pepper
½ C chopped celery
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly.
Add mushroom soup, yoghurt, sherry, onion, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add celery, broccoli and mushroom slices and carefully stir until mixed.
Put into and ungreased 2 ½ quart shallow baking dish. (Can refrigerate at this point if making ahead)

Heat oven to 350º
Sprinkle onions over top and baked uncovered 40 minutes (50 if it was refrigerated)
