Ingredients:  
1 lb carrots
1 C water
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 C golden raisins
½ C packed brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots diagonally in thin slices
Place carrots and raisins in pot of water and add salt.
Cook for 30 minutes or until tender. Drain
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Add butter and lemon juice.
Cook slowly 10 minutes until carrots are glazed.

Serve.
