3~4 LB POT ROAST
MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN GOLDEN MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CUP WATER
1 PKG. DRY ONION SOUP MIX

Directions:
Directions:
1. SPRAY COOKER
2. SEASON ROAST W/ MONTREAL ON BOTH SIDES
3. PLACE ROAST IN COOKER
4. IN A BOWL MIX SOUPS, WATER, & ONION SOUP MIX.
5. POUR OVER ROAST.
6. COVER & COOK ON LOW 8 HOURS
7. WHEN DONE, REMOVE ROAST
8. STRAIN JUICES INTO A POT.SKIM OFF FAT.
9. BRING TO A BOIL
10. SERVE THE GRAVY OVER THE ROAST W/ POTATOES
