2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Baking Powder
2½ cups Flour
4 tbsp Cocoa
1 cup Oil
3 Eggs
½ cup Milk
2 cups Zucchini, grated
3 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together and set aside sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder, flour, and cocoa. Combine in large bowl oil, eggs, milk, zucchini, and vanilla. Thoroughly mix dry ingredients into wet. Add nuts.
Grease and flour pan(s). Pour into pan(s).

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes (8" round pan), 30 minutes (1" deep cookie sheet), or 40 minutes (9x13).

Frost with coconut, light chocolate, or butter frosting.
