DRESSING:
1 cup Vegetable oil
½ cup sugar or Splenda
⅓ cup white vinegar
2 packages, seasoning from Oriental Ramen Noodles

SALAD:
1 lb. coleslaw mix
2 packages Ramen Noodles
1 cup sunflower kernels, unsalted and roasted
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and grated

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the dressing the night before or at least a few hours ahead of time.
In a large bowl, break Ramen Noodles into small pieces. Add sunflower kernels, almonds and onions. Mix this together as close to serving time as possible so the noodles will not get too mushy. Add the coleslaw, carrots and dressing. Mix well and serve.

I got this from my best friend Della Rogers. She makes this for most of our family get togethers and cookouts. It is so good and easy to make.
I will add a litte extra vinegar if I make it at home.
