2 c sugar
4 T cocoa
1 stick butter
½ c milk
1 c peanut butter
1 T vanilla
3 c oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk. Let boil for 1 minute, then add the peanut butter, vanilla, and oatmeal. (I used the microwave to bring the items to a boil and it worked just fine.) On a sheet of wax paper or parchment, drop mixture by teaspoonfuls. Allow to cool and harden.

These cookies are great to make when you don't have much time or chocolate chips on hand. The main ingredients are ones that I usually always have on hand.
