8 ounce sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
½ pound sliced lean corned beef, chopped
8 ounce shredded swiss cheese
8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package (16 oz.) sliced cocktail rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine sauerkraut, corned beef, both cheeses and mayonnaise. Stir to combine. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 inch shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Just before serving, arrange rye bread on a baking sheet and toast.
Serve dip with toasted bread.
