2 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda 1 package (3.5 oz) vanilla pudding
1 cup butter – softened 2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar 1 bag (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl beat butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add in 2 eggs and mix well. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the creamy mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons full on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake in 375 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

*Variations:
Butterscotch pudding with butterscotch or chocolate chips, Pistachio pudding with white chocolate chips, Chocolate pudding with peanut butter or butterscotch chips, cheesecake pudding with strawberry or chocolate chips.
