"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (18 oz.) brownie mix
4 c. mini-marshmallows
1-1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
3 T. butter
2 c. crispy rice cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to temperature directed on brownie package. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Prepare brownies according to box directions. Two minutes before the brownies are fully cooked, pull brownies from the oven and add marshmallows on the top. Return to oven for 2 minutes to soften marshmallows. Remove from oven and spread marshmallows over the top of brownies. Let cool completely. In a microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Add cereal and stir to combine. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate mixture over marshmallow layer, spreading as evenly as possible. Things will be very messy at this point. Don't cheat and try to cut too soon. Put the brownies in the refrigerator for a few hours to chill. Lift from pan and cut into squares.
