Salad:
1 head of Napa Cabbage
2 bunches of green onions
2 pkgs Ramen Oriental Flavor noodles
6 Tab olive oil
6 oz slivered Almonds
6 oz sunflower nuggets or kernels

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Both flavor packets
2 t soy sauce
2 t dry mustard

Directions:

Salad:
Shred cabbage and slice onions, set aside
Put noodles in ziplock bag and crunch.
Brown crunched noodles, almond and sunflower seeds in 2 tbs olive oil

Dressing:
Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender.
This can be done ahead of time and chilled

Just before serving toss the salad and the dressing mixtures together
