1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 pkg.(12oz.) Fresh or Frozen Cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugars, cornstarch, cranberries & apple juice....
Bring to a boil....until most cranberries pop....Reduce heat; Cook &
stir for 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in
walnuts.......

Roll cranberry mixture in puff pastry
Bake 400º for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
