1 German Chocolate Cake Mix with pudding
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 bottle(1 oz,) red food coloring
3 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla


ICING: (Makes regular amount)
5 Tbsp. Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Butter
1 cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanlila
** I usually make 1&1/2 times this icing recipe

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN: 350º
Generously grease & flour two 9" round pans

Mix together on low for 1 minute: cake mix, sour cream, water, oil,
food coloring, eggs, & vanilla.Scrape down the sides & mix on
medium & beat 2 to 3 minutes more. Place in the two 9" pans &
bake for 28 to 30 minutes.


ICING;
Cook flour & milk until thick. COOL.. Cream butter, sugar & vanilla
until fluffy. Add to sauce & beat well.
