Notes: This is something I have been making for years. I think it's in the other cookbook but I love it and it is so yummy I have added it again. I originally learned the recipe for Joan Whickam when she was at the cooking school at the Magnolia Kitchen Shoppe. I made it one of my signature salads, would not give away the recipe and made it millions of times. One day I had made a gallon of dressing and was really busy getting ready for the Christnas open house in the Village and CRASH......I knocked the dressing onto the floor and it went everywhere....Nightmare on 32nd street! But we got it cleaned up and had a very successful evening. Now I give the recipe to whomever asks.....maybe they will remember me by it. Ps. On the next page you will see the ingredients for the same salad but for 75.
