2/3 cup butter (or margarine) softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Craisins
2/3 cup white chocolate (or chips)

01 Preheat oven to 375 F. Ready ungreased cookie sheets.
02 Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well.
