1 pork loin roast (about 3 pounds)
1 can of cider beer
1 bottle BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
½ can of Coke
¼ cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place roast and about half a can of beer/cider in crock pot - cook on low for 8-10 hours.
2. When meat is done, shred with two forks.
3. Pour BBQ sauce, ½ can of Coke, ¼ cup Brown sugar, and 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce in sauce pan. (you can add a few dashes of tobassco sauce too!)
4. Simmer in sauce pan until warm.
5. Pour sauce over shredded meat (still in the crock pot) and heat on low until ready to serve.
