6 1/2 slices English muffin bread
4 c cooked chicken, cut up
8 oz mushrooms, drained
8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 c Miracle Whip
1 tsp mustard
6 oz Monterrey Jack cheese
4-6 oz Swiss cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c milk
1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 c butter, melted
2/3 c dry bread crumbs

In greased 9 x 13 pan, place bread slices, then chicken, then mushrooms, then water chestnuts, then Miracle Whip mixed with mustard. Next layer the cheeses. Combine eggs and milk. Pour over the layers in the pan. Spread soup over the mixture in pan. Mix butter and crumbs. Top the mixture with the butter and crumbs. Cover and chill 3 - 24 hours. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/4 hours.
