1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
¾ c. pineapple juice plus ¼ c. water
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
1 pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 sm. pkg. pecans (halves)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Jello with 1 cup of hot water, then add the pineapple juice mixed with the ¼ c. water to the Jello. Add the nuts to the cheese, pour Jello over it, pour entire mixture over chunk pineapple to mold.

This recipe was in Grandma Mixes recipe box and appears to have been written by Aunt June. I remember this recipe from my childhood and believe it originally may have come from Aunt Gladys. I can almost taste it and I am going to make some soon!
