4-6 cups cooked chicken breast .cut into bite-size pieces
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. or more grapes, halved
1 c. pecan pieces

Dressing
1-2 c. Miracle Whip
3 tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. or more coarse black pepper
¼ tsp. salt

Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Combine dressing in a small bowl, pour over salad and stir to coat.

This recipe can be adjusted to suit individual taste. It's very nice for summer served with a muffin and iced tea out on the patio!

*I get chicken pieces from GFS already cooked and cut in bite-size pieces and keep them in my freezer!
