3 cups fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
⅓ cup orange juice
½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 large egg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Dash of Love

Directions:

TOSS together first 3 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish
BEAT butter and ½ cup sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until light fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beating until smooth. Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt, beating at low speed. Drop batter in small clumps over berry mixture, covering as much surface as possible.
BAKE at 375º for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden and filling is bubbly. Cool briefly on a wire rack.
SERVE warm with ice cream :)
