Meatballs
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ c. milk
2 tbsp. grated onion

Sauce
2¼ c. pineapple juice
1 c Open Pit Barbecue Sauce
¼ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients and form into small balls. Brown in skillet. Make sauce by combining the 3 ingredients. Combine meatballs and sauce in baking pan. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350º.

This recipe came from Grandma Mixes recipe box. It appears she got it from Auntie Vi, our neighbor in Michigan. She noted on the back of the recipe that she served it at Ladies Auxiliary parties Christmas 1971 and 1972, and then again for a City Auditor's Office Christmas Party in 1974.
