Ingredients:  
2 lbs. cooked squash (use frozen 20 oz. bag)
4 carrots, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked chicken, shredded (I used 4 c.)
Sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 325º for approximately 20 minutes.
