2 lbs. Carrots – peeled and sliced
1 green pepper – thinly sliced
1 onion – sliced
1 can tomato soup
½ c. vinegar
½ c. sugar
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. dillweed
½ c. cooking oil


Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in salted water until crispy tender. Drain. Add raw green pepper and onion. Bring last 8 ingredients to a boil. Cook two minutes. Pour sauce over vegetables and let stand until cool.

Refrigerate 2 – 3 days before serving.
