Ingredients:  
Prepare 3 cups cooked rice

Carefully stir in:

2 well-beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. grated sharp cheese (I use a little more)
½ T grated onion (I use a little more of this too)
1/3 c. chopped parsley
2/3 c. chopped spinach (frozen, thawed)
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 t. salt

Pour into greased and floured 2 quart casserole - 8". Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve hot with meat. fish, or vegetables. Serves 8
