PARTIALLY BAKE PIECRUST (I USUALLY DON’T)

SAUTE 4 C. CHOPPED BROCCOLI WITH 1C. FINELY CHOPPED ONION. STIR IN 1/2 C. CHOPPED PARSLEY, 1/2 t. SALT, PEPPER, 1/4t. GARLIC SALT, 1/4t. BASIL, AND 1/4 t. OREGANO.

COOL SLIGHTLY.

MIX 1/2 C. MAYONNAISE, 1/2 C. MILK, 2 BEATEN EGGS, 1 T. CORNSTARCH. ADD 2 C. GRATED SWISS CHEESE. CAREFULLY STIR INTO BROCOLLI MIXTURE.

PUT INTO PARTIALLY BAKED CRUST.

BAKE @ 375 DEGREES, ABOUT 25-30 MINUTES, OR UNTIL DONE.
