1 LB. CHOPPED MUSHROOMS
1 SMALL CHOPPEDONION
1/4 C. BUTTER
2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC

REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN:
1 SMALL CAN DICED CHILES
2 C. GRATED SWISS CHEESE
1 T. FLOUR
1/2 t. SALT
3 BEATEN EGGS
1 3/4 C. MILK (OR HALF AND HALF)
1/4 C. PARMESAN CHEESE

POUR INTO CRUST. BAKE 35-40 MINUTES @ 325 DEGREES.
COOL 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
