1 #2½ size can pear halves
1 #2½ size can peach halves
1 #2 size can pineapple chunks
1 #2½ size can apricots

⅓ c. butter
¾ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
red and green maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the first 4 fruits and put into 3 qt. casserole. Melt the butter and blend in the brown sugar and curry powder. Spread this mixture on the fruit. Garnish with the cherries. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This may have originally come from Auntie Vi in Michigan (our next door neighbor) but it became a favorite for Christmas Eve and other times as well! It goes great with ham or pork. It was in Grandma Mixes recipe box.
