Cheese Quiche Recipe

Fit 1 sheet puff pastry sheet into pie pan or tart pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

5 oz. Grated Parmesan
5 oz. Grated Cheddar
1 T flour

In another bowl:
beat 3 eggs
add 1 c. whipping cream
pinch of nutmeg (I left this out)

Stir well and add:
1 clove finely minced garlic
1 bunch chopped chives

Add cream mixture to cheeses and pour all into crust. Bake 30 min, or until set in center.
