For 2 quiches (not deep dish)

Brown 3/4 lb. Ground beef

Mix and add:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 T cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar
1/3 c. chopped onion (I saute)

Pour into crusts and bake @ 350 degrees 50-55 minutes
