5-6 lb. Beef brisket
garlic salt
onion salt
celery salt
3-4 oz. Bottle liquid smoke
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
The day before, sprinkle meat with flavored salts on both sides, cover with liquid smoke, and cover with foil. Allow to marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once or twice. Pour off liquid and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Replace foil and place in 275 degree oven for 4-5 hours. Remove the cover and cover the meat with BBQ sauce. Cook 1 hour longer. Chill brisket, reserving liquid Thicken sauce if desired.. Slice meat in thin slices and cover with sauce. Reheat at 275 degrees (covered).
