1 (16-oz) can crushed pineapple (Drain, but save juice)
4 cps. mini-marshmallows
½ cp. sugar
1 Tbs. flour
1½ Tbs. light vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
1 egg, well-beaten
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
2-3 cps. diced apples (unpeeled)
1½ cps. Spanish peanuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple with marshmallows, set aside.
Combine juice, egg, sugar, flour, and vinegar on stove. Cook until thick; Cool.

When cool, combine with Cool Whip.
Fold in pineapple mixture.
Add apples and peanuts; chill.
