1 box "Pudding-in-Mix" Cake Mix (any flavor)
⅓ cp. oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ cp. sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil, and 1 egg. Mix till crumbly. Reserve 1 cp. mixture.
Pat rest in bottom of ungreased 9x13 cake pan.
Bake 15 min. in 350º oven.

Beat cream cheese, 1 egg, and lemon juice. Spread over baked mixture.
Crumble reserved cake mixture on top.
Bake another 15 min.
