10 oz lean ground Turkey

2 28oz cans diced tomatoes

1 15oz can black beans

2 15oz cans reduced sodium beef broth

4 stalks of celery

2 green peppers

1 package chili seasoning mix

2 medium zucchini

2 medium yellow squash

1 medium chopped onion

In large soup pot, saute lean ground turkey and chopped onion.
Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of black beans
2 cans of reduced sodium beef broth
Dice and add 4 stalks of celery
2 green peppers
1 package chili seasoning mix
2 medium zucchini
2 medium yellow squash

Simmer for 30 minutes

Serving size is 1 cup.
