1lb butter, softened
2pkgs graham crackers, crushed
2lbs powdered sugar
1c milk
3c peanut butter
1Tbsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pan into a spread in a jelly roll pan. Chill, Ice with chocolate frosting or melted chocolate chips.

I had these bars at Edwin Markham Elementary School. The cooks gave my mom this recipe. They are rich and yummy. If one batch is too much, freeze them after they are frosted.
