2T salad oil
1c green pepper
1c diced chicken
1c diced ham
2 1/2c chicken broth
1Tbsp parsley
1 1/2tsp salt
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1c sliced smoked sausage
2 1/2c peeled cubed tomatoes
1c uncooked rice
1/2tsp thyme
1/2tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan. Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic until tender. Add chicken, ham, and sausage. Cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Cook approximately 20-25 minutes or until rice is done and liquid is absorbed.
