6 pork chops, rolled in flour 1 can mushrooms 1 1/2c rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1pkg Lipton onion soup mix 3c water
Brown pork chops in oil. Remove and set aside. Add mushrooms and soups to oil. Stir until melted together. Add water and mix well. Place rice in baking dish. Stir in soup mixture. Place pork chops on top and press into liquid. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
