1-2c fully cooked ham, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2c shredded cheddar cheese
1c Bisquick
4 eggs
12ounce package frozen hash brown potatoes
1T instant chopped onion
3c milk
1/2tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 baking dish. Mix ham, potatoes, bell pepper, onion and one cup of cheese. Spread in baking dish. Stir milk, Bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but not longer than 24 hours. Heat oven to 375º. Uncover and bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
