4-6 boneless pork chops (and salt/pepper for seasoning while browning)
1 can of apple pie filling
1 package of stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Make stuffing as directed. Spread the pie filling on bottom of greased 8x8 pan. Place pork chops on top. Cover with stuffing. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes uncovered. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes longer.
