2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp chilies
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined
2. Rub the mixture thoroughly into meat, poultry, fish or seafood 1 to 2 hours before cooking
3. Put in shallow dish, cover tightly, and chill in the refrigerator until required.
