1 lb. ground pork sausage
2¼ c. milk
10 eggs
1½ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. salt
1½ c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. cubed white bread (about 3 slices)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat. Drain and set aside. In large bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, and salt. Beat one minute on medium speed. Stir in cheese, bread, and sausage. Pour into 13 x 9 greased pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

To make ahead, prepare recipe above, cover, and refrigerate. Bake uncovered at 350º for 50 minutes.
