1 cup Quick Quacker Oats..............1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Stick Margarine.............................1 tsp. Soda
1&1/4 cups Boiling Water.................1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs..............................................1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Vanilla.....................................1 cup Sugar
1&1/3 cups Flour...............................1 cup Brown Sugar


TOPPING:
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Stick Margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, margarine, and boiling water. Stir well, cover and cool until lukewarm.
Add eggs and vanilla & mix well. Add flour, salt, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon,
white sugar & brown sugar. Sift all dry ingredients & mix.
BAKE 350º for 35 to 40 minutes

TOPPING:
Mix evaporated milk, margarine, brown sugar, coconut & pecans and
spread over cake,
Put cake under broiler until topping is browned.
