1/4 c minced onion
1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
3 Tbsp butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 c elbow macaroni
pinch of oregano
pinch of sage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add ground beef and brown. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce, hot sauce 57 sauce, mustard macaroni, oregano, sage, soup and milk. Cook until macaroni is tender ( approx. 12 - 15 minutes). Add grated cheese and sere hot.
